Rainfall Return Period

I have a feeling that this continuous rains brought by 3 successive typhoon which pulls the southwest monsoon will break another record of rainfall return period. PAGASA is surely closely monitoring this event..

Definitely, a one day event of historical return period may not yet equalled or exceeded. But the cumulative rainfall for say 5 days or even one month rain may be exceeded on their record..Lets find out..
