Earlier, Typhoon Koppu a.k.a Lando here in the Philippines have made landfall. Several news have forecasted it will be a super typhoon and it will even dumped more than 40 inches of rain or more than 1 meter.
Also, I observed that last night several rivers up North luzon already started increasing water level just before Koppu's landfall. Thus, I am thinking the forecast above could be true.
Earlier in the afternoon, PAGASA also said that Angat dam had already increased water level.
Unfortunately, according to earth.nullschool.net..the typhoon will last for almost a week.That will surely be a disaster if it continue damping heavy rainfall in the metro.
